Where does the market of color goes?

While still Pantone hasn’t revealed its famous Color of the Year, other houses make their own bets. This is the case for Benjamin Moore, that released its favorite with Aegean teal (2136-40). Aegean teal is a hue of blue and green, with some traces of grey.

Is a very calm, but a colorful way to dress your walls, kitchen, and furniture. The natural complements for this hue are in the range of yellow and red, to bring some light and heat. 

Tile is a very good color choice for Mid Century Modern style furniture.  In white, Tile and Brown, for example. You will have the unavoidable presence of brown, but you can get the most of white walls and your brown furniture will tile, a hue that can be considered the opposite of chartreuse (while chartreuse is a yellow-green hue, tile is a green-blue hue).

So, a typical set up is made of white walls, brown furniture and cushions or throws throws of tile.
